At this point in time Facebook is down. I believe they hacked it. Someone out there on the web was saying that it was a DNS issue but if it was a DNS issue that is like a 2 second fix.
Facebook Is Down
So yes, thanks to the bad ass hackers that took the Social Media Giant down. Go drink a beer, spend time with your kids or family and do all those things that you are suppose to do instead of wasting your life on a social media platform!
Update
Facebook is backup and running. It may take some time to clear browser caches, but they are back up now. If ever you really want to know if something is down in the future check out Down For Everyone Or Just me. This will give you great insight.
