Hi,
I am interested in buying this plugin. I was wondering if you could tell me what happens when a customer selects genie, but doesn’t complete payment. Will the order show as processed, or not until payment is complete? I have my shop linked with shipstation, so I’m hoping I can keep everything streamlined and don’t have to go in and mark orders as unpaid etc. Please let me know!

You will have to make sure that you check your Genie account to make sure you received the payment. Then you can mark it complete. It should be in the processing stage until then. It is not automated yet but when Genie provides a way to automatically update the API then I will update the plugin..
