So you think that you own and control your Gmail account, ymail account, hotmail, live, outlook? I just have to laugh when I hear people tell me that. Unless you own the domain name and control the server, YOU DO NOT OWN IT! It's just like freedom of speech on social media platforms. You do realize you are giving them control of your life, right? Then in one instant it can all be gone!
The Price of FREE
Yes, they give it to you for FREE, right? Well you will pay the price. Take a look at this Gmail account I made years ago. Maybe I didn't agree to a policy change or upload an offensive picture to the woke community. Then BAM, its gone! It does not matter if I have a business that I use to make money to feed myself and family. I might of said something insensitive to a snowflake and BOOM here is the message.
How You Can Protect Yourself
So how can you protect yourself from these tyrants? Buy your own! That's right for a mear $10 a month and about $25 a year you own your email, website, domain name. Then, NO ONE can take it off of you, unless of course they sue you for it. That is unlikely to happen though. What is likely to happen is you will piss off the wrong big tech company that you are posting all your shit on and using their service then they are going to let you know their power because you did not conform to their BS ;-) .

You can be the boss here. You DO NOT have to use those services. You do not have to conform to their policies. You do not have to change the way you talk, what you believe and how you act. Censorship is on the Rise
Censorship is on the rise and the only thing you can do to take control is own it. Once you own the domain and IP address the world is your to express yourself however you want. Sell what you want, say what you want. Publish what you want. That's right you are free here in the wild wild west and the only thing stopping you is the illusion of power.
