If you are like me your are obsessed with thinking straight and performing well. You may wonder how I deal with thousands of clients with different needs. It's true that I rely on my computer applications in order to help me remember what each person needs but it is very important to me that my brain is functioning well.

I HATE BRAIN FOG

I can't tell you how many times I have been sitting in front of a computer and just felt blank. Like where am I going from here? Check facebook, instagram, emails, program this, program that? There are so many different places that I have to keep organized. Overload is real easy in this business and keeping things in order is a must! Having a clear brain and tons of healthy energy is an absolute necessity.

Supplement 1 Creatine To Help With Brain Focus


Creatine, that's right you see bodybuilders using this supplement and although I am not a bodybuilder I find when I take this I am able to focus for longer periods of time.

Supplement 2 Lions Mane


I am a forager and I love going out into the forest and finding different wild edibles. One of these is the lions mane mushroom. I was turned onto this mushroom years ago. When I was 18 I was injured in a serious accident at work that almost took off my right foot. The doctor told me that the nerve damage would be permanent and I would never be able to feel my toes again. Well, I saw this video about 10 years ago talking about the Lions Mane mushroom and how it grows nerves back. Well, lo and behold after 2 months of taking it my toes started to hurt like crazy. They were very tender to the touch, I continued taking Lions Mane for 6 more months and to this day I can still feel my toes.

As an additional benefit while taking that supplement, I could remember coding syntaxes a lot easier. My short term memory improved and I was hooked. Something that I can get out in the forest has such a powerful effect.

Supplement 3 Kratom


Ok, this supplement is very debatable because of the opioid effect that it has. However, I have a friend that has been taking it for years and I have been doing it on and off for about 3 years. That supplement is Kratom. This has an instant effect. When I am doing a large programming job it really helps keep me focused on what I am doing. It is also a great pain killer. I take white borneo Kratom. Now I cannot find it online anywhere to take but I purchase it at my local health food store.

Supplement 4

I do not know how you are but when it comes to my brain focus & energy, I view that as an investment. This is why I have been recently trying out; Genius Consciousness Super Nootropic Brain Booster Supplement Watermelon 2.79oz. I was told this by a friend who was having great results. So I am going to give it a go. I like to switch things up a bit every now and then however, the first 3 supplements are my go to for brain and focus.

If you are following along in my tutorials and have a hard time focusing, give these a try. I know how difficult it is to learn something new but by giving yourself a real chance, make sure you take care of your brain health. Additionally, drink water and get sleep.
