CAN I GET YOUR THOUGHTS ON THIS ONE PLEASE?

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT UPDATE

As I continue to work on the Last WILL and Testament, I am realizing there is a lot involved in it. I am happy to announce that you can WILL any of your items to anyone in your contacts now at Life Home & Business Inventory. However, I have a dilemma.

Case Scenario

Bob is an uncle with 2 nephews and 2 Nieces Furthermore he is a grandfather with 2 kids and 4 grandkids. He is going to WILL certain items to certain people. He has assigned the beneficiaries of all his items. However, if he dies how will those people know those items are willed to them?

Possible Solution #1

If Bob has not been checked into the Life Inventory app for 1 week?, 1 month? send emails to all his beneficiaries notifying them monthly of their inheritance? Bob can make changes to his will at any time. Furthermore, this would require me to program a check in script to make sure the person is still alive. Maybe an email with a button that states, "Im Still Alive" , lol

CONS OF THIS SOLUTION

It reminds Bob too often of his coming death.

Possible Solution #2

As Bob adds his beneficiaries to items they get monthly emails of their inheritance. If he removes them from an item then they are notified they were removed?

CONS OF THIS SOLUTION

When removing people they could get pissed off.

Possible Solution #3

Bob appoints an administrator. As Bob makes changes to his belongings, the Administrator is not sent an email every time a change is made but is sent one every month of Bobs Changes to his items for the month.

CONS OF THIS SOLUTION

Bob has to rely on the Administrator to do the right thing in the event of his death.

Possible Solution #4

As Bob adds beneficiaries to certain items. No notifications are sent out. Bob gets sent a monthly check-in email only if he has not logged into the application. If he has not responded to this "check in" email within 3 days, then all his beneficiaries are sent an email notifying them of their inheritance.

CONS OF THIS SOLUTION

If Bob forgets or does not click on the "Im Alive" button in the email within 4 days everyone will be notified of their inheritance.
