What If some of your plug-ins aren’t available anymore?

I just watched your video on transferring a wordpress website to a new domain. I am trying to install all the current plug-ins that I have on the old website but, some aren’t even available anymore. I thought about just deleting them and installing new updated plug-ins that do the same job after my import to the new website. Will that affect my transfer at all? What if I were to just deactivate all the ones that are no longer available?
Does it matter which way I transfer my domain? Does one way work better than the other. I’ve seen YouTube videos using the WordPress Clone Plug-In as well as the WordPress Duplicator Plug-in. I notice you don’t use the Plug-ins. You just export and import on WordPress. Any suggestions are appreciated.
Thank you,
Jen

Hi Jen, What you want to do is update plugins and themes on both site before the transfer. As far as the older plugins. If you still want to use them connect to your server view FTP and download the plugins.
