Changing The DNS

Navigate to your DNS records at our registrar. This will be where you purchased the domain name or perhaps CloudFlare if you change your name servers at your registrar.

There is one major record you want to change. We call this an “A Record”. It will have an IP address that are a bunch of number octates. You need to enter your new IP numbers into that “A Record”. Save it and then you’re done. You may have to wait a couple hours for propagation, but eventually you will see it pointed to your new server.
